Delivery process and conditions do vary based on the products ordered. Further
details of each product and delivery info is outlined with your quote.
Delivery fees will vary quote to quote. Delivery is calculated based on order volume and delivery area. You will
clearly see the delivery fee applicable on your quote prior to confirming your purchase.
Client responsibilities with Delivery
Every client needs to ensure suitable access for all deliveries, and should warn of any issues relating to delivery
by the trucks. Heavy site deliveries are made in most cases to kerbside.
You or an appointed representative will need to be onsite to sign off the delivery consignment note.
Note: Failure to ensure adequate access
may result in job cancellation or re-delivery fees.

DIY Transport
It will always work out cheaper for country and interstate deliveries to be organised by the purchaser (YOU).
If you are outside of Sydney, you may find your local carriers are cheaper than TNT. Usually the local Carrier have a better idea and better customer service for your local area.
