Using the very latest in wood machinery, the components are moulded to the required template. A strict QA regime ensures all products are produced to a tight tolerance.	Highly skilled and trained operators then cut to size, dock and trench in one process to complete the component.

Western Red Cedar from Canada
Our premium quality Western Red Cedar is sourced from sustainable Canadian forests. Cedar is a species noted for its beautiful variation of colours and therefore no attempt is made to colour match timber components. Cedar is one of the finest joinery timbers in the world ideally suited for staining to enhance the rich variation in colours.
All standard frames have been designed in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards.

Victorian Ash from Plantation Forest holdings in Victoria's East Gippsland region.
Victorian Ash is comprised of two species, Alpine Ash (Eucalyptus delegatensis) and Mountain Ash (E. regnans). Both are large hardwoods which naturally occur in Tasmania, Eastern Victoria and South-east NSW. Suitable for flooring, joinery and structural beams.
Timber is seasoned in carefully climate controlled kilns.
